Double Bubbles has one shaped balloon inside the bubble balloon. There is two valves on the balloon, before inflate it, you need to read the instruction at the back of the package

Bubbles are made of see-through, stretchy plastic. It can be blowed up like a beach ball until its surface is smooth and has no wrinkle. After inflated with Helium, it can float 2-4 weeks. It can be inflated with helium or air.

Bubbles balloon is a perfect option for any event and theme party.
